OF BALANCE
“Why do we feel like we're always running — and never arriving?”
RE:AL SpaceTHE FOUR WEEKS
How the conversation unfolds.
Ambition
What drives us to want more — and when does it stop serving us?
Pace
What would it mean to live at a speed that actually feels sustainable?
Priorities
How do you decide what truly matters when everything feels urgent?
Balance
Is balance something you find — or something you create?
THE EXPERIENCE
What to expect each week.
Small Cohort
12 to 15 curious individuals meeting once weekly in a relaxed, comfortable environment.
Honest Dialogue
Guided questions, reflective pauses, and no pressure to have the “correct” answer.
Deeper Perspectives
Drawings from contemporary psychology and the timeless philosophical insights of the Bhagavad-gītā.
You do not need to identify with any faith, religion, or background to participate. Whether you are spiritual, atheist, agnostic, or simply curious about human nature — open inquiry, friendly disagreement, and critical thinking are deeply encouraged in every session.
I realised I'd been running for years without knowing where I was going.
